Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered across all governorates in Egypt within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria typically takes 48–72 hours.
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays or exceptional circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tag attached.
• If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, the courier shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover all shipping and exchange costs.
